What is the nature of the problem? Who is affected and how? What are the causes of the problem?

Policy Description

Who will be covered by the policy and how? How will the policy be implemented? What is the funding mechanism for the policy?

Policy Analysis

How do the goals of the policy contribute to greater social equality? Will the goals adversely affect the quality of life of the target population? Are the goals of the policy consistent with the values of professional social work? Why or why not.

Part III: Summary

After completing the table. As a social worker, how could you improve the overall service delivery of the social welfare policy analyzed? In addition, what is the role of the social worker to implement the necessary changes to improve the overall policy for its constituents?
