1.CLASS...As I've mentioned last week, one of the shortcomings in our text is that it does not explicitly cover leadership and change. Sooo...I want to take a little time to get back to leadership.

1. First, let's define some terms...what is transformational vs transactional leadership?

2. Why does transformational leadership matter? What does it create that otherwise might not exist?

3. What occurs as a result of transformational leadership in leading change?
