Please be sure to include the following:

1. Number and %DV for calories, amount of fat (saturated and unsaturated), carbohydrate, protein and sodium per serving at least, list the amount of vitamins A and C, and the minerals of calcium and iron. If any other vitamins or minerals are listed in your recipe analyzer, please include those as well. Is the amount of each vitamin or mineral high/low? What is the function of each vitamin or mineral?

2. Now comes the fun part! Once your recipe is analyzed you need to come up with THREE things you can do to improve the nutritional value of this recipe. This could either be reducing fat or calories, or increasing nutrients that are lacking. Be specific on what you changed.

3. Discuss what happens when you change these things and why you have decided to make these changes. Be as specific as possible about how much a nutrient was increased or decreased because of the change.
