The water level is b=10.0 m above the base of the tank and a small hole of 3.00 cm in diamter has formed in the base of the tank and the hole is y=6.00 m above the base of the tank. Both the hole and the top of the tank are open to the air. We can ignore air resistanve and treat the water as an idfeal fluid with density of 1,000 kg/m^3.
