As a student is diluting some sera for an ELISA. She removes 10μl from her undiluted sera and adds it to 1ml of buffer. After vortexing she removes 1μl of that dilution and adds it to 0.2ml of buffer. After vortexing she removes 5μl of the second diltion and adds it to 0.1ml of buffer. What is the final dilution of her sera?
