Group members, along with your union Vice-President, met at a local restaurant to discuss the union organizing process. A Group member brought along the Labor Relations textbook as a reference to the process. The meeting led the union Vice-President to identify the following six questions.

3. What is an "Authorization Card" and what is its purpose?
4. What legal tactics may the union use during an organizing campaign?
5. What legal tactics may an employer use during an organizing campaign?
6. What is the normal timeline from initiating an organizing campaign until the NLRB election?
