From the view point of a Kantian deontologist apply Kant's categorical imperative in the below case, even if your personal perspective does not agree with the Kantian / deontologist.

Case Example: Is it morally permissible to torture a person (who will die from the injuries) as the only means to find out where he has hidden a nuclear bomb that is set to go off in the city or area where you live? Why?
