SCENARIO:

As the Director of Training for Stark Industries, a high-tech manufacturing and robotics company, you are seeking additional information concerning online management-training programs offered by Empire State University. You have gathered some preliminary information 
about the online training programs from ESU's website, but you need further details.

You should now send an email to Steve Ditko, Director of Online Executive Education for ESU, seeking information about the online management training courses ESU offers. In your role as Director of Training for Stark Industries, you must address the training needs of a diverse workforce, which includes engineers, accountants, scientists, business executives, and support staff. Most of these employees have advanced college degrees, though some do not. 

Specifically, you will need answers to the following questions:
