Recently, protein A was discovered to bind ligand B, forming complex AB as depicted below.

After mixing a solution of 1 μM [A] and 2 μM [B], you allow the mixture to incubate at room temperature (22 C) until the reaction reaches equilibrium. You then measure that [AB] is 990 nM. Also, no protein degradation, aggregation, etc. has occurred
