Problem: At a distance of 0.214cm from the axis of a very long charged conducting cylinder with radius 0.100cm, the electric field is 485N/C.

Part A: What is the electric field 0.580cm from the axis of the cylinder?

I need help to solve the above problem and please explain explicitly how to find lambda too, I am not quite sure what the variable stands for, or how to find it.
