You are the production manager for a painting contractor and are given a project that requires preparing, painting, and cleanup for a new house. Rooms included are: entry foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen, (3) bedrooms, & (2 ½) baths. Each room requires 1 man-day prep, 2 mandays painting (includes ceiling, walls, and trim), & ½ man-day cleanup. Draw the AON diagrams for both RESOURCE CONSTRAINED and UNCONSTRAINED activity sequences. The basic crew is 2 painters.
