I need some help in creating a research topic and research questions, I came up with the below but my Lecturer said it is not sufficient. Can I get some help in formulating a researchable research topic and questions to line up with the below? this is his response to my topic

The topic needs to be tweaked to make it researchable. For example, you can examine learning styles of primary school students and their relationship to academic performance in the major subjects such as Mathematics or English. The research questions will not allow for the meaningful collection of data. The questions do not allow for application to a specific research setting and for the collection of data. They are very general questions. Please refocus the topic and come up with some questions that will apply directly to the situation. Identify what is the research problem or issue to be addressed and focus your topic and questions on those identified research areas

Research topic:

Educational learning styles that aid in the development of primary school children

Research Questions:

• What are the different learning styles and how do they apply to different areas of learning?
• What are the differences with each of these learning styles?
• What is the effectiveness of these learning styles?
