Language Learners, Inc. operates a French language institute in Nice along the French Riviera referred to as LLI-France. LLI-France targets U.S. students to come to the Riviera, immerse themselves in the language and enjoy some downtime on the beach. Tuition from the U.S. citizens is paid in dollars and expectations are that tuition revenue received in dollars will be stable for the foreseeable future. LLI-France pays rent in euros and instructors and staff at the Nice facility in euros and these expenses are expected to remain stable for the foreseeable future.
