What is the effect of illness on this patient life "A 65year old female who has been diagnosed of myocardiac infarction due to severe due to severe hypertension she was admitted through the emergency department with the complaint of palpitation, fatigue, chest pain, generalized body oedema, shortness of breath and increased blood glucose level. She has a history of diabetes, heart failure, alcohol and smoking habit ( 15years). She expressed that she feels like her heart will jump out of her chest. On examination conscious and well oriented older adult with severe hypertension and oedema. She is a retired teacher who lives alone with her only surviving teenage child (16years).
