If he has 5,171 dollars in his account today and expects to have 233,032.49 dollars in his account in 11 years from today, then what is the EAR that he expects to earn on his account? Answer as a rate in decimal format so that 12.34% would be entered as .1234 and 0.98% would be entered as .0098.
