A charge of -3.9 micro-coulombs is launched from the positive plate of a large capacitor to the negative plate. At the positive plate, its velocity is 13.1 m/s and it stops exactly when reaching the negative plate if we ignore the weight force and only include the electric force on the charge. If the electric field inside the capacitor is 3.1 x 106 N/C and the mass of the charge is 0.27 kg, what is the distance between the plates in meters?
