While bungee jumping, the free fall is 15m/s downward. At thatpoint the cord begins to stretch, and slows the jumper to a stop asit stretches, then pulls the jumper upward at 8m/s. The timebetween moving downward at 15m/s and moving 8m/s upward is 3secconds. What is the acceleration as the bungee cord changes thejumpers' direction. What is the direction of that acceleration? What is the distance at the moment of turn around.
