A pallet in, cases out warehouse ships 2000 large cases per day in 1000 orders. The pickers picks directly from the storage area and send to shipping. An engineer proposes a new design with a pick area. When run out, the items are replenished from the Storage. If the average distance from Storage to shipping is 200 ft, the average distance from Pick area to shipping is 30 ft. The average distance from Storage to Pick area is 180 ft. On average, each replenishment contains 20 cases.

What is the difference in traveling distance each day if each trip handles one case?
