What kind of measurement scales (ratio, interval, etc.) characterizes the following software measures:

i. Number of lines of code of software
ii. Number of software defects discovered after release to the field
iii. Amount of effort to develop a software project (e.g. 46 labor months)
iv. Number of calendar months to complete a software project
v. Number of requirements changes made during a software project
vi. Customer satisfaction, measured on a Likert scale (i.e. very unsatisfied, unsatisfied, neutral, satisfied, very satisfied)
vii. Percent of the lines of code being reused from a previous project
viii. What is the difference between the definitions of measures (iii.) and (iv.)? (This question has nothing to do with measurement scales.)
