A 34 year old woman is visiting her family from Mexico. She has been living in Mexico all her life with her husband and dogs. She kept getting cramps in her limbs while she was on the plane. She wonders if she sat funny on the plane or she was dehydrated from traveling. A couple days later she notices dermatitis on her torso and lesions on her arms. She goes to a clinic and has a skin biopsy done. A skin biopsy was performed and revealed acid-fast bacilli.
