Canterbury Company has one temporary difference at the end of 2017 that will reverse and cause taxable amounts of 1,100,000 in 2018, 1,200,000 in 2019 and 1,200,000 in 2020. The entity has also a deductible temporary difference of 1,500,000. The pretax accounting income for 2017 is 6,000,000 and the tax rate is 30%. There are no deferred taxes at the beginning of 2017.
