Our client was t-boned while driving in San Diego. Our client was driving through an intersection and had a green light. The Defendant was driving with the sun in his eyes and couldn't tell that his light was red. He ran the red light and slammed into the driver's side of our client's car. Our client was texting while driving and was speeding that day. She was also not wearing her seatbelt.

We know what our client's best argument is: The Defendant ran the red light. But what is the Defendant going to try to argue?
