Solve the all given parts of given problem:
Problem: A 20 mW 360 nm laser is incident on a metal anode. The metal in the anode has a work function of 1.80 eV.
Part A: What voltage must be applied to completely stop the photo-electrons?
Part B: In the absence of an applied voltage, what current would be measured, Assuming
i) all photons in the laser produce a photo-electron and
ii) all photo-electrons reach the cathode
Part C: Why are these unrealistic assumptions?
Part D: What is the de Broglie wavelength of the emitted electrons?
Please show work I think I have the answer just not positive.
