Assignment:

In Hough Assocs. v. Hill, 2007 Del. Ch. LEXIS 5* (2007), what is the main issue and what is the courts rationale/disposition? This is pertaining to a non compete agreement signed with the business where a motion to compel arbitration was filed as well as a motion for a preliminary injunction. The NCA did not allow the founder to conduct any business similar to that of the corporations within a 50 mile radius of HQ.
