Question: What is the correct CPT, ICD 10 and modifiers: POSTOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS: Right long finger trigger finger. PROCEDURE: Right long trigger finger release. Discription: She was administered local anesthesia and antibiotics without complications. At this time, the right upper extremity was then prepped and draped in the normal sterile fashion. The limb was elevated and the tourniquet inflated to 250 mmHg. At this time, a 2-cm transverse incision was made in the distal palmar crease of the right hand and the axis of the long finger. Sharp dissection was maintained down through the skin only. Blunt dissection down the level of the A1 pulley. Radioulnar neurovascular bundles were protected and the A1 pulley was released. There was full excursion of the FDP and FDS tendons without triggering or locking. The wound was then copiously irrigated with normal saline and closed. Sterile dressings were applied. The tourniquet was taken down showing a well-perfused hand throughout. Sponge and needle counts were correct x2. The patient was awakened and taken to the recovery room in stable condition.
