You are required to identify a company who publishes a separate CSR report and has done so for the last 3-5 years, at least.

You are then asked to review three CSR reports by the company. These need not necessarily be three consecutive years, for example 2018, 2020 and 2022. It must however include the most recent report.

You are obliged to analyse these reports in terms of carrying out an audit of their CSR policy and initiatives. The key questions which need to be addressed are as follows:

• What is the core objective of the company's CSR policy, in other words, why are they engaging in CSR?

• What are they key stakeholder groupings and CSR initiatives associated with each of these stakeholder groupings of the company?

• Does their CSR policy or activities link with the overall purpose or strategy of the company (show how each CSR initiative achieves this linkage in broad terms, explain the connection)?

• Compare the three years of reports along the above parameters (through the above questions).

At the begining make a table analyse in a table format for 2018,2020,2022 : Customers, suppliers, communities, employees, environment.
