Question: President Biden's new push to award over 40 billion dollars to fund broadband development for rural populations. Given that this money has not filtered down to the states just yet, I was wondering what is the connectivity within rural populations near Savannah, Georgia. Also, how is this problem solved if the population does not have the resources to afford a computer and/or phone that will allow for connection? How do you propose to reach these populations?
