Calcium oxide (CaO) is formed by decomposing limestone (pure CaCO3). In one kiln the reaction goes to 70% completion. What is the composition (by mass) of the solid product (CaO) withdrawn from the kiln? (Hint: there will be two separate product streams. One for the solid and one for the gas).
