Please formulate the answer of the following problem

Problem- The orbit of Halley's comment around the Sun is a long thin ellipse. At its aphelion (point farthest from the sun), the comment is 5.20x 1012 m from the Sun and moves with a speed of 10.0 km/s.

Part 1- What is the comet's speed at its perihelion (closest approach to the sun) where the distance from the sun is 8.91 x 1010 m?

I need experts help to solve the above problem.
