For the following scenario - you're a RMT and rent a room in a medical building, there is no Receptionist, Manager, or other support staff. I've combined a few issues into one scenario and excluded any extra resources. You may encounter clients like this so it's helpful to think about possible solutions ahead of time.
Please answer the questions regarding the client complaint:
SCENARIO
I tried ringing yesterday for an appointment in the morning but was told there was nothing available. I called 3 times the next day before someone picked up and then put me on hold and I had to listen to piped music. When I do eventually get to speak to a human being, all appointments for today have gone. I'm told to book ahead a few days because you rarely have same-day appointments available, but I don't know my schedule so I always need an appointment on the same day. This is a frustrating situation and needs addressing.
