Provide me the right explanation about given problem

Problem- An incompressible fluid flows into a pump via a horizontal pipe at a volumetric flow rate of 1 m³/min. The pump does work on the fluid at a rate of 50 kW, and the fluid exits the pump through another horizontal pipe with the same diameter. The entire system is well insulated, and there are no changes in phase, temperature or composition.
