The height of an empty can is H, and the mass M. The mass of a full can is m. A small hole is made on the top and bottom of the full can (doesn't affect the location of the mass center). Soda flows slowly out of the full can.

a) What is the center of mass of the can as a function of x? h is the height from the bottom to the surface. and

b) with what value of x is the height of the center of mass the smallest?
