The image below shows a cell count and is of one of the large corner squares in the haemocytometer grid. 20µL of cell suspension was mixed with 80µL of Trypan blue dye before doing the cell count. What is the cell concentration? Show calculations. What percentage of cells are viable? Show calculations.
