A 32-year old African American male was presented at the ESU health clinic with a fever of 103 °F, weakness, malaise, difficulty breathing, and chest pain.  He also complains of a headache, muscle pains, and has a dry cough. The patient has been experiencing symptoms for approximately two days, with the fever coming on suddenly. He decided to come in due to the progressively worsening weakness and difficulty breathing. 

The patient history reveals that he is a single father and that he is a landscaper, whose primary job is mowing and trimming. He is in good health and is current on his vaccines. His hobbies include cooking, Crossfit, and playing with his son. Given that he works outside, he does not have as many outdoor hobbies.
