Concrete has a specific heat capacity of 670 joules/kg-0 C. A 2 kg concrete block, that has a temp of 20 degrees Celsius, is dropped from a height of 100 meters. What is its temp after it hits the ground if it lost no heat to the surrounding environment?

Secondly, if the block is raised back to 100 meters without gaining or losing heat from the environment, What is the blocks temp after it was raised?
