Imane and Aymane are the only two people living in Ifrane. If a pharmaceutical company wants to set up a factory, the noise and pollution costs to Imane and Aymane will be 200,000 dhs. If the right of land lies with the factory and the cost of setting up eco-friendly equipment is 300,000 dhs, what is the best possible private solution? Why will this solution be difficult to implement if the number of people living in Ifrane increases.
