Event 1: Conference for Licensees
- Two-day conference with sessions running from 9.00am - 5:00pm.
- Anticipated attendance is 200pax.
- Plenary sessions with no breakouts.
- Seating should be in 'cabaret' or 'classroom' style.
- There will be a small exhibition of 12 table displays which should be in an area large enough to also serve catering during breaks (morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch on both days). - The client also wants to investigate having an onsite conference dinner for all attendees. - Post event, the client would like to organise an informal reception (drinks and canapes from 5:30pm - 7:00pm). It is likely only 50% - 75% of workshop attendees will stay for this.
Event 4: Dinner for all delegates attending conferences, seminars and workshops
- Dinner will start at 7:00pm, but they will need to bump in from 4:00pm (arrange table settings, staging and other required items).
- Anticipated attendance is 400pax. - The evening will feature a 3-course menu.
