The Complaint Spreadsheet shows performance measures; specifically complaints. The data needs to be run for 2016 creating a reporting table and graph to post to your team's huddle board. Consider the following information when analyzing the table:

The initiated date and completed date is the time between the initiation of the complaint and the time it takes to complete the complaint.

There are 3 options for outcomes: 1. Non-regulator; 2. Substantiated; 3. Not substantiated---be aware, an incomplete means there is no data.

Disregard the submitted data-you will need to hide this element in the spreadsheet.

The complaint against=the licensed entity the complaint originated against.
