Solve the following problem:

Problem: In a physics laboratory experiment, a coil with 250 turns enclosing an area of 13.4 cm2 is rotated in a time interval of 4.20×102s from a position where its plane is perpendicular to the earth's magnetic field to one where its plane is parallel to the field. The earth's magnetic field at the lab location is 6.9×105 T.

Part I: What is the total magnetic flux through the coil before it is rotated?

Part II: What is the average emf induced in the coil?

I need help to solve the above question and express your answer using two significant figures.
