Then treat the veterans with no treatment and view the outcome with the community to see if there is any change.

The independent variables are the the veterans with PTSD interacting with society . The dependent variables are the veterans who functioned better treatment due therapy and other methods. The controlled Variables are the veturans who did not interact with treatment.
