INPATIENT HOSPITAL 57-year-old male Pre-procedure diagnosis: Bladder cancer, previously removed the bladder and created an ideal conduit (use of a segment of the ileum to connect the ureters to a stoma on the abdominal wall.) Procedure: Ureteropyelography; injected contrast medium through the existing stoma to view the ureters and ileal conduit. Supervised the radiology procedure and dictated the interpretation report. Pre-procedure diagnosis: Ileal conduit was visualized to be functioning properly.
