2018 - $2,600,000

2019 - $3,700,000.

During the last two years, the company has the following outstanding share capital: 100,000 shares of $100 par, 12% Preference Share Capital and 500,000 shares of $10 par value Ordinary Share Capital.

Dividend are in arrears for two years at the beginning of 2018.
