Evans claimed she was fired because she refused her supervisor's sexual advances. A hearing was held on the grievance. A lawyer represented Evans, and an agreement was signed.

Evans was to get $2,750 and be allowed to quit. She was to withdraw all her filings. Evans then filed suit against Hilton under the Civil Rights Act. Evans could not sue if the agreement she signed was binding. She alleged undue influence by her attorney caused her to sign the agreement. Was the agreement binding?
