Another one, I need these corrected so I can figure the correct way. Please help!

DF is wrong; can not pool variances when they differ this much; there appears to be an error on the low end of the CI; "The test statistic t (998) = -7.89, with p-value = 0.000 < 0.001 indicates that the data provides a strong evidence against the null hypothesis. So reject the null hypothesis." - but what is H0 that we are rejecting?
