Problem

Since 2018 the average rate of turnover for nurses in hospitals has decreased. (Statista) This means more nurses are in the hospitals. While this is a relative statistic for the entire United States it no less means that hospitals have more help than they have before. However, nursing schools are turning away qualified students every day, why? Lack of facilities to hold them, limited clinical resources and mainly they are lacking in support of stakeholders in healthcare. Can blame be put on the schools, or the healthcare system behind it? Hospitals and nursing facilities are always in need of new nurses, so what is stopping these hospitals from stepping up to provide the resources these schools are lacking could it be discrimination against the new wave of nurses, or the fact that certain hospitals have trained their staff to know what care needs to be provided? That might be a hard fact to prove but non the less something is stopping these hospitals. where is the thesis and what do you think of this paragraph. I think it could benefit from more clarity and focus. Say it another way.
