Tort Law

The Tort law overall being a form of legal accountability in which a plaintiff is injured at work as well as damages occurred. We hear this very often and I've actually seen movies joke of this at times. The most common form and case I believe I hear is negligence. Though there are a few forms of a successful case, overall negligence seems to be the most common I would say because it is likely to be approved and in favor versus the other elements. Negligence would involve for example a custodian not placing a wet floor sign after mopping or cleaning up a spill. There are many examples, but a situation like this causes a person to become at risk for injury and damage, therefore responsibility to the business or protocol within the business is to prop hazard signs when necessary. If this is not done, this allows opportunity legal action to be taken, therefore one example of the Tort Law.
