Case Study: The purpose of this assignment is to get students thinking about how to get kids and adults to eat healthier. Jamie Oliver, a popular English chef, starred in a short documentary-type TV show. Jamie Oliver went into a school district in West Virginia and attempted to "makeover" school lunches so they would be healthier. Jamie Oliver also gave a TED talk entitled "Teach every child about food": Dr. Brian Wansink also studies eating in lunchrooms and how to get kids to eat healthier. Describes some of these tips. His website has many videos and tips on how to get kids to eat healthier. For this activity, I want you to review and discuss Jamie Oliver's and Dr. Wansink's suggestions on how to get kids to eat healthier. Be sure to answer the following questions:
