You are employed at the local grocery store to earn money while you attend college. While on break yesterday, you witnessed your male supervisor approach a female employee from behind that he supervises, rubbing himself against her inappropriately. He proceeded to tell her to "get along" with him if she wanted to keep her job. The female employee tells the male supervisor to "get away" from her; as he turns around, he observes you standing in the doorway. He says to you that "you better not have seen anything if you know what's good for you." The male supervisor leaves, and the female employee bursts into tears, begging you not to report the supervisor because she is a single mom and cannot afford to lose her job. The employee expresses her disgust toward the male supervisor, stating that this is not the first time he has done something like this.
