You are the chief financial officer (CFO) at Vega International Private Ltd, a family-owned company, founded by Mr. Anil Silva who is the chief executive officer (CEO) to Vega International. Mr. Silva expects to convert his business into a Public Limited Company and to be listed its shares on the Colombo Stock Exchange. You have received following email from your CEO in which he seeks you to clarify some matters relating to code of best practices on corporate governance.

As you already know, we are going to convert our business into Public Company and to be listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) with effect from 1 September 2020.
