You have become aware that your company in the information technology industry wants to develop and initiate a successful REMOTE WORKING PROGRAM for your employees. After your proposal research this topic has been approved, your supervisor has asked you to consult current research on the topic and write a report that uses research and data to

(1) explain what remote working is, and what it can consist of, particularly in its current form;

(2) explain why remote working is important in current times (its advantages and benefits), why it has become an option sought by many companies, and why a remote working program needs to be implemented correctly.

(3) explain what the company can expect if the program is not done correctly (risks and disadvantages of not doing it correctly)

(4) provide a synthesis of findings regarding what experts have identified as elements of a successful remote working program; and

(5) make 4-5 detailed and justified recommendations for the company's new remote working program moving forward based on the findings of your research.
